Rose Cooper named November Jaz Janie

Every month, Dixon Schwabl + Company honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award, created to commemorate Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

The November Jaz Janie recipient is Account Director Rose Cooper.

Rose joined the DS+CO team during the pandemic, when we were undergoing an extreme amount of change and were right in the middle of an intense transition. With our agency’s “workstream” teams, Rose settled into a leadership role both there and on the agency’s account team.

She focuses on self-reflection, looks for ways to motivate, embraces the different mindset needed for success in our new methodologies, keeps an open mind, builds new client relationships, and finds fun motivation for her team—the entire agency.

“While she may never have met Jane Argenta, we believe Rose Cooper embodies her spirit through her work ethic, style and living the DS+CO core values. It has been an honor and delight to Rose’s team members as they express their gratitude for her leadership in her short tenure here. We’re grateful for the heart and passion she is bringing to our team,” President Jessica Savage said.
