Lauren Dixon Talks Workplace Culture on Podcast

Board Chair Lauren Dixon recently sat down with The Main Thing Podcast host Skip Lineberg to discuss the importance of building a great company culture.

Throughout their conversation, Lauren and Skip discussed the impact company culture has on employees and how an organization’s values must align with its team’s values.

“It’s so much more rewarding and you’ll get so much more joy and satisfaction if you work for an organization that really exists for something more than money,” Lauren said. “In our company, our core values are respect, integrity, teamwork, community, innovation and fun. Every single decision we make—be it a hiring practice or a client relationship—all those decisions go through that lens, and if it doesn’t hold up, then we have to make some tough decisions.”
