To this day, it’s important to us to create an environment where our employees find meaning in their work and are happy. That’s why we’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work® for 15 years. Without our employees’ commitment to upholding a work environment filled with respect and empowerment, Dixon Schwabl would not be the great place to work that it is.”

In Dixon Schwabl’s survey, the company learned that 91% of its employees that took the survey said the agency is a great place to work. For the average U.S. company, Great Place to Work® says 59% of employees typically say their company is a great place to work.
