Kristen Cavalleri named January Jaz Janie

Every month, Dixon Schwabl + Company honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award, created to commemorate Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

Our January Jaz Janie recipient is Senior Project Manager Kristen Cavalleri.

Kristen takes initiative to problem solve and always comes to the table with positive and productive perspectives/approaches. She spent her first four months seamlessly integrating with a client account team and providing immediate contributions as a senior project manager. Simultaneously, she spent hours working virtually alongside another colleague to get her onboarded to the account. Kristen jumped in headfirst, leading the way on a multi-year audit request, which involved pulling a very extensive amount of media data and creative information. We would not have been able to manage all of that alongside additional client work without Kristen's leadership.

Kristen, your rational, thoughtful and strategic insights are propelling our work forward, and we’re thrilled to celebrate you this month. You are so deserving of this Jaz Janie Award.
