Lauren Dixon and Great Place to Work CEO Michael C. Bush offered insight and best practices for leaders preparing for workplace re-entry during a pandemic. Together, the pair offered sound advice for ensuring employees feel safe about the re-entry process, how important flexibility will be for employees returning to the office, what “the other side” can look like for workplaces, what Bush has seen leading companies do around the world and more.
