Repairing the Vandalism

Dixon Schwabl led Horses on Parade nearly 20 years ago. One of the horses called "Freedom" was recently vandalized. Lauren Dixon and Mike Schwabl are working with the original artist to repair the horse to get it back in place in Rochester. Lauren talked about this with Spectrum News yesterday.
