Rosi Statt named March Jaz Janie

Every month, Dixon Schwabl + Company honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award, created to commemorate Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

This month’s Jaz Janie winner is Managing Director of Strategy + Accounts Rosi Statt. Rosi never hesitates to demonstrate courage by sharing her perspective and challenging the status quo, helping grow our teams, our work and our leadership. Last year, she was asked to step in to lead our account team. She took on the challenge and the extra workload, supporting accounts while continuing to lead our strategy team and our agency strategic planning for 2024, with the support of numerous team members. Rosi has a deep understanding of marketing strategy and always works to improve the end products we deliver for our clients. She’s one of the most curious people we’ve ever met, and regardless of the challenge, she rises to the opportunity for our team.

Rosi is always willing to go the extra mile for anyone who asks, and even when they don’t.
