Meredith Opitz named October Jaz Janie

Every month, Dixon Schwabl + Company honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award, created to commemorate Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

This month’s Jaz Janie winner is Account Supervisor Meredith Opitz. There isn’t another woman in this company who can earn the trust and respect of her clients on the mere recommendation of a pair of gold pants. That’s golden—and that’s Meredith. She’s been a steady force of exceptional client service over the past year, working tirelessly to help ensure the success of many client projects. Her steady nature, wit and strategic thinking have helped our team elevate our work and find ways to laugh through the chaos. Meredith brings her best to every situation and is a breath of fresh air for all who have the opportunity to work alongside her (and her morning snacks).
