Lydia Rugaber named June Jaz Janie

Every month, Dixon Schwabl + Company honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award, created to commemorate Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

This month’s Jaz Janie recipient is Project Manager Lydia Rugaber. As a team member, she is incredibly helpful and supportive, quick to respond and pivots to find a solution whenever needed. Most recently, when work picked up for busy campaigns, her teammate thought, “I don’t know what I’d do without Lydia!’” Her commitment to servicing the agency’s clients based on their preferences, needs and goals is clear in both meetings and all the work she touches. Lydia is reliable, organized, and makes sure her team has the resources and tools they need for their projects.
