Lauren Dixon Talks Return to Office and Supporting Employees Year-Round

DS+CO Board Chair Lauren Dixon recently sat down with Great Place to Work to share the lessons she’s learned about returning to office and how DS+CO has created a culture of trust.

Lauren shares the importance of checking and responding to rapidly changing employee needs, how DS+CO does this regularly, and some of the specific data and statistics the agency found through these pulse surveys.

“Who would’ve known that I would’ve seen anyone in yoga pants or have their cats race across their keyboard. There were so many funny, real, touching moments. I don’t know that I would’ve ever had the opportunity to explore that part of my team member’s relationship. It’s brought us closer and tighter. In that respect, it’s been a good thing.”
