Jessica Savage named December Jaz Janie

As we close out this year, it’s only fitting we do so on a high note by honoring our December Jaz Janie recipient, DS+CO President + CEO Jessica Savage!

Jess not only had the privilege of working side by side with the remarkable woman this award was created in memory of, but she also carries forward her legacy with unwavering grace and strength. As a boastfully proud alumna of SUNY Geneseo, Jess exemplifies the values of dedication, leadership and community spirit that the Jaz Janie award celebrates.

Jess wears many hats—president and CEO, DOFI assistant, member of Chief Network (a private network for women leaders), supermom and fashionista—all with effortless poise.

Her generosity knows no bounds, and her commitment to uplifting those around her is truly inspiring. Whether she’s leading with vision at DS+CO, juggling the demands of motherhood with finesse, or simply showing kindness in the smallest of moments, Jessica is a shining example of what it means to lead with heart and purpose.

She not only represents the best of our organization but also honors the memory of a beloved individual who touched so many lives.

Every month, Dixon Schwabl + Company honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award, created to commemorate Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

DS+CO makes a donation to support a charity of each Jaz Janie winner’s choosing. This month, Jessica chose the Center for Youth Chrysalis House to uplift our community.
