Julianna consults on strategic planning, media relations and crisis communications for numerous clients. A people person if there ever was one, she was working in PR before she knew there was such a profession. When she was 3 years old (Or was it 3 months?), she began pestering her mother, loudly and in public, “What’s her story?” “Why is he smiling?” “Are they real friends or just pretend friends?” She. Just. Had. To. Know. Flash-forward seven years and she’s busy reporting, editing, publishing and selling her own neighborhood newspaper. The moment she entered the doors to interview here, Julianna knew she had found her new home. Luckily, she let us know, too. As she tells it, “I was going to get the job no matter what, because there was no way I was leaving!” Tenacious? Understatement of the year.

Julianna coordinated PR for more than 300 McDonald’s restaurants in New England. She got to know Ronald McDonald so well, he eventually insisted she call him Ron.
