We have more than our share of creative and artsy people at DS. And then there’s Elizabeth, whose artistic pedigree is off the charts. She was born on the grounds of the Folk Art Guild, a community of artisans in the Finger Lakes region. (Dad was a glass blower.) In high school and college, she studied printmaking. While earning a BA from Bennington College (concentrations: painting, printmaking, art history, henge building), Elizabeth worked at the prestigious MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA. As the lead art director on the Frontier account, Elizabeth concepts, designs and makes it happen for a wide range of media: print, banner ads, TV spots, websites, direct mail. Before joining DS, Elizabeth designed handmade sculptural window and store displays for Anthropologie and created labels and POP displays for Constellation Brands at Vine Design. She lives on a working farm in Ontario County, where she raises mushrooms and tends to her two Australian cattle dogs, Mozzie and Arvo.
