One of Connor’s major “Oh, yeah” moments came when capturing personal interest photos of each employee. “I loved the creative problem-solving those shoots required. We managed to capture a lot of great pictures in a short amount of time.” He’s a big believer and active participant in giving back. Currently, Connor sits on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, a nonprofit that provides temporary housing for families who have traveled far from home to access medical care for their children. Connor also acts as a mentor to many local young aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start their own businesses. In 2020, he was honored by Rochester Business Journal as a Forty Under 40 award recipient. And if it’s a sport, chances are Connor has tried it. He plays floor hockey, hubcap Frisbee, golf, kickball, underwater tennis, indoor soccer, luge, basketball, softball and flag football. Occasionally, all at the same time.
