Every month, Dixon Schwabl honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award. The award was created to commemorate Dixon Schwabl Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.
The May Jaz Janie recipient is Web Development & User Experience Manager Will Browar.
For almost a decade, Will has been at the forefront of web design and development at Dixon Schwabl. The department has changed drastically during his time here, including a name change to martech. Through it all, Will has managed to stay on top of new technology and continually deliver top-notch work.
Over the past year and a half, Will has worked tirelessly on the new Dixon Schwabl website. He spent countless hours researching and brainstorming to come up with something that would be both beautiful and functional.
As the client work in martech ramped up over the past year, Will wasn’t able to devote as much time during work hours to the DS website. Instead, he dedicated time outside of the office to keep things moving forward. Will didn’t whine or say it wasn’t possible; instead, he worked around the clock to give the agency something the whole team can be proud of.
Will truly emanates the Dixon Schwabl core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, innovation, community and fun. The work he put into the new DS website is just the most recent example of his talent and dedication. Thank you for all you do, Will. Congratulations!
