The PGA Tour has awarded its “Oscar” of honors to the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing for 2018’s Best Integrated Marketing Campaign. Dixon Schwabl had the privilege of developing the integrated marketing plan to promote the golf tournament’s 50th anniversary, combining PR, social media, paid media and email to reach fans. As a result, the campaign generated a nearly 40% increase in sales from social media via advertising, influencer activation and leveraging defending champion (and South Carolina native) Wesley Bryan.
