Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Diehl to senior account supervisor, Will Browar to web development supervisor, Michael Reed to automated marketing supervisor and Cathleen Wells to vice president of martech strategy and solutions.
In her new role, Diehl will work with the agency’s large integrated team to develop and execute annual advertising strategies for Community Bank N.A. She will lead creative development for all bank campaigns and oversee strategy and execution of content marketing and social media to ensure alignment with all other initiatives.
Diehl has nearly a decade of experience in marketing and has spent seven of those years in advertising agencies. She’s been with Dixon Schwabl since 2015 and most recently served as account supervisor. Diehl earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Siena College. Outside of the office, she serves as a volunteer for Pitty Love Rescue. Diehl resides in the city of Rochester.
As web development supervisor, Browar will oversee the agency’s team of web developers and digital designers to produce websites and other collateral for digital marketing campaigns. Browar has been in the marketing and communications field for 12 years and been with Dixon Schwabl since 2007. He most recently served as manager of web development and user experience. Browar earned his bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology. He resides in Pittsford with his wife, Annie, and their two children.
In his new role, Reed will oversee the growth and development of the agency’s automated marketing product offering and team. In addition, he will lead automated marketing strategy, recommendations, system development and tactics for the agency and client accounts. Reed has nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing and has been with Dixon Schwabl since 2016, most recently serving as manager of analytics and automated marketing.
Reed earned his bachelor’s degree from Mansfield University and his Master of Business Administration from University of Rochester. He also earned his Marketo Certified Expert certification. Outside of the office, Reed is active in his community and serves as marketing chair for Rochester Hearing and Speech Center. He resides in Hilton with his wife, Missy, and their three children.
As vice president of martech strategy and solutions, Wells is responsible for revenue growth operations and overall quality of marketing technology services including strategy, engagement systems, web development, marketing automation, data governance and analytics. In addition, she will build, lead, nurture and grow team talent. Wells has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and technology. She has been with Dixon Schwabl since 2014 and most recently served as director of marketing technologies and systems.
Wells earned her Master of Business Administration from Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and Master of Fine Arts in new media from Rochester Institute of Technology. She resides in Pittsford with her husband, Tom.
