DS Welcomes Hires

Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to welcome four hires to its team: Amanda Satterwhite as digital project manager, Mary Rice as digital content writer, Malorie Benjamin as vice president of media services and Zach Cedruly as digital media specialist. 

In her new role, Satterwhite will be responsible for managing online projects to confirm they are in budget and on time. She will also plan, delegate, track, review and measure results to ensure all results are aligned with and contributing to business goals for clients. 

Satterwhite has nearly 10 years of experience in marketing and has spent time in a variety of verticals including technology, beverage, agriculture, non-profit and financial. She joins the Dixon Schwabl team from Al Sigl Community of Agencies where she served as events director. Satterwhite earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Canisius College. She resides in Hilton with her husband, Matthew. 

As digital content writer, Rice will be responsible for developing short-form and long-form digital content for articles, infographics, social media posts, landing pages and white papers. In addition, she will work collaboratively with the agency’s marketing technology team to define the entire customer/​buyer journey and execute content marketing strategy. 

Rice joins the Dixon Schwabl team from the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra where she served as content marketing manager. She also is a freelance food and drink writer for Rochester CITY Newspaper. Rice earned her bachelor’s in English from Hamilton College. She resides in the city of Rochester. 

In her new role, Benjamin will oversee the agency’s media team and ensure the department remains on the leading edge of media research and placement capabilities. In addition, she will collaborate with the new business team to drive new business from prospects and grow revenue from existing accounts. 

Benjamin has nearly 10 years of experience in the advertising industry and most recently served as vice president, media director at Quinlan in Buffalo. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Benjamin resides in Batavia with her husband, Neil, and their son. 

As digital media specialist, Cedruly is responsible for the creation and execution of digital media campaigns across all clients. He will create and execute optimization strategies to continually improve performance and drive growth across digital media campaigns. Cedruly joins the agency from CGI Communications where he spent three years as digital media and SEM, Google Ads coordinator. 

Cedruly earned a bachelor’s degree in media management from St. John Fisher College. Outside of the office, he serves as a board member for the American Marketing Association Rochester Chapter. Cedruly resides in Ontario.
