The Dixon Schwabl family rallies together each year to raise funds for the annual United Way Workplace Campaign. This year, our team raised an impressive $51,641 during the campaign!
Dixon Schwabl hosted a traveling lemonade cart featuring the two energetic Van Thof boys (Special Events Supervisor Jenna Van Thof’s children), as well as its fifth annual barbecue on the Dixon Schwabl patio and other initiatives.
“From their BBQ fundraiser to their lemonade cart and beyond, the Dixon Schwabl team gives it their all to support our community through the United Way campaign,” said Becki Schicker, United Way’s Manager of Donor Relations. “They find fun and fresh ways to incorporate our campaign theme into their events and presentations and we’re incredibly thankful for their support Fueling the Fund -- United Way’s Community Fund -- this year.”
In true Dixon Schwabl fashion, we celebrated this successful campaign at Ice Cream Thursday!
Most important, community, respect and fun are all core values for the agency. Supporting a local charity like United Way helps us live these core values day in and day out.
