Overall, the list considered 137,000 employee surveys about organizations’ culture, leadership, benefits and other factors crucial to an outstanding employee experience and ranked the top 25 companies in New York State.
To receive its ranking, Dixon Schwabl scored 99 percent or better on employee’s ratings of the company’s atmosphere, rewards, pride, communication and management. In addition, 100 percent of employees feel Dixon Schwabl celebrates special events, has honest and ethical management and feel good about how the company contributes to the community.
The Best Workplaces in New York prove that high performance businesses can also be friendly, collaborative workplaces. Among their employees, 92 percent say colleagues genuinely care about each other, while nine in 10 also say they’re willing to give extra to get the job done.
