PR and Account Service Celebrate Promotions

Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Shaw to vice president of business-to-business marketing, Ryann Guglielmo to public relations supervisor, Diana Osgood to vice president of strategy and customer insights and Rob Meacham to senior account executive.

In his new role, Shaw will manage strategy for the agency’s business-to-business clients and contribute to new business efforts focused on business-to-business prospects. He has nearly 25 years of experience in marketing communications and public relations and has been with the agency since 2011. Shaw most recently served as the agency’s director of business-to-business marketing services. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mass communications from SUNY Oswego and his master’s in public relations form Syracuse University, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Relations. Shaw resides in Canandaigua with his wife, Lisa, and their three daughters, Grace, Lily and Mia.

As public relations supervisor, Guglielmo will manage the strategy and execution for public relations accounts, primarily in the higher education, sports and not-for-profits industries and crisis communication execution for clients. Guglielmo has been with Dixon Schwabl since 2012 and most recently served at public relations manager. Outside of the office, she is active in her community and serves as board member for Rochester Business Charitable Organization and brand ambassador for the agency’s yearly United Way workplace campaign. In addition, she works with her husband on their Guglielmo Sauce business. 

Guglielmo earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from SUNY Fredonia and is pursuing her master’s degree in strategic marketing from Roberts Wesleyan College. She was recently named on Rochester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list and was awarded the Public Relations Society of America’s Rising Star professional award in 2016. Guglielmo resides in Brighton with her husband, Paul, and their son, Leo. 

In her new role, Osgood will lead the strategic planning efforts of the agency and its clients. She will be responsible for understanding what motivates the behaviors of the target audience through the planning and execution of customized research that inspires the creative process to deliver an experience true to our client’s brand. Osgood has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, spending the majority of her career in brand development and strategic planning. She has been with Dixon Schwabl since 2016 and most recently served as director of consumer insights. Osgood earned her bachelor’s in marketing from Elmira College. She resides in Brighton. 

As senior account executive, Meacham will be responsible for versioning and production of commercial and residential direct mail and creative versioning of sales collateral for Frontier Communications. He has been with the agency since 2013 when he joined the team as an intern and most recently served as account executive. Meacham earned his bachelor’s degree in media and communication from St. John’s Fisher College. He resides in the city of Rochester.
