Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Vernetti to senior interactive art director and the hires of Chris Grant as marketing insights manager, Elizabeth Bennett as art director and Nikki Nisbet as account supervisor.
In his new role, Vernetti is responsible for digital design and execution along with traditional art direction. He will focus on delivering digital solutions for a diverse range of marketing and integrated communications needs. In addition, he will work closely with the development team on cross-department communication within the digital space.
Vernetti has been with Dixon Schwabl as an art director since 2014, joining the team from Roberts Communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in visual communications from Cazenovia College and a master’s degree in strategic marketing from Roberts Wesleyan College. Vernetti resides in Rochester.
As marketing insights manager, Grant organizes all analytics functions and manages a team of analysts to support Frontier Communications. Focusing on client objectives and goals, he develops new strategies for reporting and analytics and translates raw data into valuable business insights.
Grant brings more than 10 years of experience as an analyst, joining the team from Sigma Marketing Insights, where he served as a digital insights manager. Prior, Grant spent time at the University of Rochester.
Grant earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology from State University of New York at Oneonta and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. He resides in Webster with his wife, Joann, and their three children. Outside of the office, he serves as a Cub Scout leader for his sons.
In her new role, Bennett is the lead art director on the Frontier account. She concepts, designs and makes it happen for wide range of media: print, banner ads, TV spots, websites and direct mail.
Bennett joins the team from Partners + Napier, where she served as associate art director/designer responsible for animated banner ads, point of sale and other collateral pieces for Constellation Brands. Previously, she worked at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art and at Dixon Schwabl as an intern while finishing her degree.
Bennett holds a bachelor’s degree in art history and visual arts from Bennington College. She resides with her fiancé, Cody, in Bristol, where they run a mushroom farm, Timber Trails Forest Farm.
As account supervisor, Nisbet manages all online and offline marketing campaigns for Frontier Communications, from strategy to execution. She works closely with the media team to optimize audience targeting, segmentation and data-driven reporting back to the client.
Nisbet has 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, most recently spending time at Sigma Marketing Insights as a client development leader. Prior, she worked at Toshiba International in Houston, Texas, and Newell Rubbermaid in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nisbet earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from St. Bonaventure University. Outside of the office, she sits on the board of the Rochester Chapter American Marketing Association and is co-chair of the Pinnacle Awards. Nisbet resides in Brighton with her husband, Andrew, and their daughter, Emery.
