Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to announce the promotion of Rosi Statt to vice president of account service, Merritt Ward to account director and Alexandra Hristodoulou to account executive.
As vice president of account service, Statt will lead the Community Bank N.A. integrated marketing team to ensure business and marketing goals are established and met. She will be responsible for the quality, strategy and integrity of all services provided to the client and will consistently evaluate and course correct plans. In addition, Statt has been appointed to the agency’s key advisory board, supporting Dixon Schwabl’s managing partner team in their efforts.
Statt has been with Dixon Schwabl since 2007, when she joined the team in the public relations department. She transitioned to the account service team in 2012 and most recently served as account director. Prior to joining the Dixon Schwabl team, Statt spent time with Hart-Boillot and Gray & Rice Public Relations in Boston, Massachusetts.
Statt earned her Bachelor of Arts in communication and journalism from State University of New York at New Paltz. She resides in Victor with her husband, Marshall, and their sons, Oliver and Maxwell.
As account director, Ward will lead the IP.com, ESL Federal Credit Union and New York Apple Association accounts. She will be responsible for strategic planning and organic growth for integrated marketing clients.
Ward joined the Dixon Schwabl team in 2016 as account supervisor. Prior, she spent six years with Weber Shandwick working on various clients, including Ocean Spray, L.L. Bean and Zipcar. Outside of the office, Ward is active in her community and is a member of United Way’s Emerging Leaders Society and Women’s Leadership Council.
Ward earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from St. Bonaventure University and her master’s degree in integrated marketing communication from Emerson College. She resides in Le Roy with her fiancé, Steve.
As account executive, Hristodoulou will support the account management team in the planning and execution phases of account service efforts, specifically client and agency assigned marketing communications programs, through building and maintaining client relationships and managing projects. She also serves as the internship coordinator, managing the Dixon Schwabl internship program.
Hristodoulou began with Dixon Schwabl part-time in 2016 as account coordinator while completing her degree at St. John Fisher College. She joined the team full-time in 2017 upon her graduation, serving a hybrid account service and research role.
Outside of the office, Hristodoulou is active in her community. She serves as secretary of AMA Rochester’s Pinnacle event committee, member of PRSA Rochester Young Professionals Committee, project manager for Rochester Greek Festival Marketing Committee, and member of St. John Fisher College Young Alumni Association committee and PRSSA Bateman Competition Advisory Board.
Hristodoulou earned her Bachelor of Science in media management from St. John Fisher College. She resides in Webster.
