Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to announce the hire of Justin Dusett as graphic designer for content marketing, Merritt Ward as account supervisor, Jaclyn Garrett as director of client relations and David Brodsky as account executive, client relations.
As graphic designer for content marketing, Dusett is responsible for developing and producing innovative work for the agency’s integrated teams. He will work closely with creative team members and collaborate with the digital and social media teams to create graphics that are relative to current events and immediate trends.
Dusett brings a wealth of experience in design, previously serving as creative director for Upstate Social Sessions and co-founder and designer for Explore Rochester. He earned his associate degree in marketing and commercial illustration from Monroe Community College. He resides in the city of Rochester.
As account supervisor, Ward is responsible for executing tactical account service needs, as well as providing plans, proposals and strategy recommendations for a variety of clients. She will also work to implement content marketing across accounts.
Ward joins Dixon Schwabl from Webster Shandwick Boston, where she served as group manager in the consumer practice group. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from St. Bonaventure and her master’s degree in integrated marketing communication from Emerson College. Ward resides in Pittsford.
As director of client relations, Garrett is responsible for new business prospecting and responding to proposals. She brings more than 13 years of experience in PR and marketing to the team, most recently serving as vice president of client service at Edelman.
Garrett earned her bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Miami University. She resides in Pittsford with her husband, Jamie, and their two children.
As account executive, client relations, Brodsky is responsible for supporting the new-business team with inquires and proposals. Specifically, he will assist in researching prospects, managing resources and coordinating presentations.
Brodsky joins the Dixon Schwabl team from Integra Marketing, where he served as account manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree in new media publishing from Rochester Institute of Technology and resides in East Henrietta with his wife, Lindsey, and their daughter.
