Dixon Schwabl Announces Five Promotions

Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to announce the promotion of Bob Charboneau to director of production, Michelle Diehl to account supervisor, Michaela Stone to senior media manager, Tyler Chauncey to account executive and Roger Haskins to strategy and process innovation manager.

In his new position, Charboneau is responsible for managing and overseeing the production team, as well as providing innovative production solutions, support, leadership and training to team members. He will also communicate and support agency vision as it extends to the production team and departmental roles.

Charboneau has been with Dixon Schwabl for nearly 12 years, joining the team in 2004 as production manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of the office, Charboneau is active in his community, serving as vice president for the Rochester Advertising Federation and actively participating in Habitat for Humanity. He resides in Rochester with his wife, Katie, and their two children.

As account supervisor, Diehl is responsible for managing all aspects of client work, including providing recommendations and strategy, coordinating the day-to-day needs of projects, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and strategically. She will work with client and internal teams to develop and execute integrated programs to address and achieve client goals.

Diehl has more than seven years of marketing and advertising experience, serving as senior account executive at Roberts Communications and marketing associate at Kessler Restaurants before coming to Dixon Schwabl in 2015. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Siena College and resides in Rochester.

In her new position, Stone will lead the development of traditional media strategy for key accounts by providing research, budget management, planning, buying and media strategy to meet clients’ goals and objectives. In addition, she will be responsible for supporting the development of talent on the media team.

Stone has nearly 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, previously working with a variety of agencies, including Partners + Napier, Butler/Till and Jay Advertising. She joined the Dixon Schwabl team in 2013 as media planner/buyer and most recently served as media supervisor. Stone received her Bachelor of Science in broadcast communications from The College at Brockport. She resides in Webster with her husband, Mark.

As account executive, Chauncey will be responsible for supporting the account management team in the planning and execution phases of marketing communication programs. He came to the Dixon Schwabl team in 2015 as an account service intern and joined the team full-time in 2016 as account coordinator.

Chauncey received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Geneseo. He resides in Rochester.

In his new role, Haskins will be responsible for guiding clients through the early stages of web and other digital projects to ensure the end results meet their needs. In addition, he will determine new opportunities to leverage innovative technology to gain efficiencies and develop additional revenue streams.

Haskins has nearly 20 years of experience in the marketing field, most recently as digital strategist. He received his Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in marketing/sales and finance from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2009. Outside of the office, Haskins is active in his community, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Eastside Church. He resides in Fairport with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Ellah and Maggie.
