Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to welcome four hires to its team: Emily Benson and Nicole Dominguez as marketing automation specialists, Meghan DeWinde as data analyst and Rachael Deeley as digital project manager.
As marketing automation specialists, Benson and Dominguez will be responsible for developing and executing automated marketing programs for clients. They will provide clients with strategy for lead generation and nurture campaigns, assist in aligning sales and marketing departments, and anticipate possible roadblocks and provide alternative solutions.
Benson joins the Dixon Schwabl team from Carestream Health where she served as a digital marketing specialist. Prior, she spent time with PostUp Digital, LLC in Austin, TX. Benson earned her bachelor’s degree in theater arts from Nazareth College. She resides in Charlotte with her husband, Erik, and their two sons.
Dominguez comes to the agency from Partners + Napier where she served as an associate project manager. Prior, she spent time with Frontier Communications. Dominguez earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from University at Buffalo. She resides in the city of Rochester.
In her new role, DeWinde will be responsible for the development and preparation of client-related reports and dashboards. She will work with a team to create measurement plans and key performance indicators and utilize predictive modeling and multi-channel tracking for deeper insight and more cohesive data visualization for enhanced campaign optimization.
DeWinde has worked in the marketing industry with a primary focus on ecommerce data analytics for nearly five years. She most recently was a marketing sales data analyst at Whole Latte Love. DeWinde earned her associate degree in journalism technology from Morrisville State College and her bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Rochester Institute of Technology. She resides in Conesus.
As digital project manager, Deeley is responsible for managing projects to ensure they are completed on time, on spec and within budget. In addition, she will ensure marketing technology needs are met for her clients. Deeley has eight years of experience in marketing and design. She comes to Dixon Schwabl from Commercial Insurance Consultants where she most recently served as strategic marketing manager.
Deeley earned her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Alfred University and her master’s degree in photography and book arts from The College at Brockport. She resides in Webster with her husband, Adam.
