Account Services Welcomes Four Hires

Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl is pleased to welcome four hires to its team: Fred McCoy II as account director, Jenny LePore as senior account supervisor and Gina Godlewski and Nick Guadagnino as senior account executives. 

As account director, McCoy will lead the Community Bank N.A. integrated marketing team to ensure business and marketing goals are established and met. He will be responsible for the quality, strategy and integrity of all services provided to the client and will consistently evaluate and course correct plans.

McCoy has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, analytics and client service. He joins Dixon Schwabl from Manifest in New York City where he worked with national accounts to develop holistic, digital marketing strategies and drive incremental revenue. McCoy earned his bachelor’s degree in communication design and technology from Parsons School of Design. He resides in the city of Rochester. 

In her new role, LePore will help lead the strategic direction and planning on the Frontier Communications account. She will be responsible for managing the client relationship and financial health of the account. LePore has more than 10 years of experience in the marketing industry with most of her career spent managing integrated marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. She most recently served as the principal consultant and founder of public relations firm, ClockTower Communications.

LePore earned her bachelor’s degree in communication planning and evaluation and communication in life sciences from Cornell University. Outside of the office, she is active in her community as a volunteer with Perinton’s Crescent Trail Hiking Association Board and the Fairport Historical Museum. LePore resides in Fairport with her husband, Michael, and their three children. 

As senior account executive, Godlewski will manage and support several client relationships, including The Great New York State Fair and Buffalo Blueway. She will serve as a key point of contact, support the development of strategic plans, communicate client objectives and monitor the internal workflow. Godlewski joins the Dixon Schwabl team from Partners + Napier where she most recently served as account executive responsible for supporting integrated business-to-business campaign in the health care vertical. 

Godlewski earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. John Fisher College. Outside of the office she serves on the board of the Rochester American Marketing Association. She resides in Canandaigua. 

In his new role, Guadagnino will managing campaigns for the Frontier Communications account by directing internal teams, managing timelines and deliverables and ensuring brand standards. In addition, he will support overall strategy for the account. Guadagnino comes to the agency from McDougall Communications where he most recently served as counselor responsible for the strategizing and execution of public relations initiatives for clients of varying industries.

Guadagnino warned his associate degree in cinema and screen studies from Monroe Community College and his bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Rochester Institute of Technology. He resides in West Irondequoit with his wife, Samantha, and their daughter.
