The Play Ball

The National Museum of Play^® is the only collections-based museum in the world devoted solely to play. For its first-ever fundraiser, The Strong^® knew it wanted an unforgettable event that would capture the fun and excitement of the museum itself. We got down to play, creating a Save The Date card that was designed to be thrown away—after it was folded into a working paper airplane. The colorful pop-up invitation included a special pull-down tab that ensured hands-on reading, complete with paper doll cutouts that illustrated the creative cocktail attire for the event.
