Every month, Dixon Schwabl honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award. The award was created to commemorate Dixon Schwabl Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

Congratulations to Ernie Roszkowski, junior art director and our February Jaz Janie winner. Ernie has been part of the Dixon Schwabl family since 2007 and has always been a stellar employee. Recently, Ernie has shown great leadership and has taken his creative work to a whole new level. He has executed remarkable creative on recent campaigns such as ROC the Day and always has a positive attitude, going above and beyond. He is a true team player, continues to grow everyday and has become one of the agency’s go-to resources.

An avid Dallas Cowboys fan, Ernie loves to watch and play sports, including basketball, football, softball and volleyball. Ernie even plays on a couple of Dixon Schwabl’s sports teams and coaches the agency’s softball team. In his free time, Ernie enjoys grilling, brewing beer and working on home-improvement projects.
