Honestly? Not impressed. I know, the rude thing to say when you’re a guest in somebody’s country, but frankly the locally produced stuff I’ve seen is, well, weak. The TV spots really stand out for their amateurish look and feel – I have a much-renewed respect for Shad and Mike and the things we produce. I haven’t seen as many print ads as much of what I do see is dominated by International Ads (big companies, all well-known). I’ll keep my eyes peeled. Am impressed, however, with the local club scene ads – very eye-catching and edgy.
